On making a booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the start of your booking then a full charge will be made on any accommodation not relet over the reserved period. Every effort will be made to relet the accommodation on behalf of the customer. For Single night bookings, the fee is non refundable

Please note, that if we are forced to close, or a customer is unable to come due to government Corona virus restrictions. We will refund any payments made including the one nights deposit.

Payment can be Cash, Debit Card or Credit Card .

All no shows are charged at the full price quoted on the card we hold. All cancellations must be followed up by email or in writing and the booking is not cancelled until written or email acknowledgement from us.
